This is the program for the 1926 - 1927 season at the Folies Bergere, and features a spectacular cut-out cover of a semi-nude Josephine Baker in her costume for the Fan Dance. That year, her first at the Folies, Baker created an international sensation with her erotic dancing and sexy outfits like the banana skirt for "Danse Sauvage." The programme is filled with photos of Josephine and other stars in all their glory. A wonderful memento of the era.
