Soviet bombs rain down on nazis and Japanese who attack; black, red, green

Soviet Fortification, 1939
At the outset of the war the Soviets made it clear to the Nazis and Japanese that an attack would be savagely repelled. Propaganda poster veteran Victor Deni showed a barrage of bombs dropping on Nazi and Japanese caricatures lighting a bomb as they approach the Soviet border. This poster was designed in 1938 and published in early 1939, thus predating the August 1939 alliance between Hitler and Stalin. Rare and in excellent condition.
