This is an unusual and rare silkscreen created probably for a special congress on openness and reform. It features a Stalinesque figure, wild eyed and brandishing a microphone, who rants Restore Stalinism, Smash with iron fist, Expel Non-Christians, Restore monarchy and Bring Back the Sixth Line. The latter refers to the no longer required 6th line in a Soviet passport that states ethnicity.
